Today in class:
Math: Today we finished up ordering and comparing decimals. We will begin work with percents. Chapter 4 of the Bits and Pieces text book.
Focus Group Time: We worked on spelling and earthquake journal writing.
Language Arts: Students began sharing parts of their creative writing tales. We are learning about podcasts so that we can begin to share our stories orally on-line.
Social Studies: Continued working on Inca Research. We will compile a PPT on the Inca which will finish up our series on the Mayan, Aztec and Inca.
Science: Continued building our earthquake structures.
